The Louisiana Initiative was a group of Real Life Superheroes, and a former branch of The Initiative Collective. It is now defunct.
History
The Louisiana Initiative branch had two previous incarnations; The first iteration was based in New Orleans and headed by Nadra Enzi, aka Captain Black. This branch was announced on June 12, 2012[1]. While under Nadra's leadership, the branch received some flak from former New York Initiative member, Zimmer, regarding the former's protest plans.[2] Captain Black publicly announced his departure from the LAI in September of 2012.[3]
One month later, the second iteration of the LAI launched. This branch was based in Shreveport and run by Moxie Gusto and Cognito. They were actively involved in outreach in their area.[4] This iteration of the team ran until July of 2013.
