History
Arrest
In 2013, the Bar Harbor Batman was arrested for an April Fool's day prank in which a Facebook post was made that a hospital would be blown up if he didn't receive one million dollars. The post prompted an arrest on the same day and police officers stated that when they arrived on the scene, the Bar Harbor Batman had advised them the post was in jest before then quipping if the police had brought the million dollars. The Bar Harbor Batman later made a public apology on his Facebook page.[1]
