The California Initiative: SoCal is a group of Real Life Superheroes based in the Antelope Valley region of southern California. They are part of a coalition of similarly-named teams called The Initiative Collective.
History
Doctor Mystery founded the California Initiative: SoCal on August 22, 2017.[1] It was the fourth branch to have been founded in California.
In July of 2020, it was announced that Spectral Hawk would be joining the SoCal team and assisting Doctor Mystery with leadership duties.[2]
