Dusk Citizen, also known as Dusk, is a RLSH from Staten Island, New York. He's the founder and leader of the superhero/handout team Beacon, as well as the founder of The Phoenix Corporation.
History
Dusk has been active since June 15th, 2010, and has become an inspiration for the community/homeless outreach groups in the community.
Along with Evergreen, Dusk founded Beacon in 2011 alongside other Staten Island-based RLSH.
Dusk founded The Phoenix Corporation in January of 2018.[1]
