E0N (fka "Mega-rad"[1][2]) is a Real Life Superhero located in Biloxi, Mississippi. He is a member of the Initiative Collective, a former member of the California Initiative[3], and the founder of Project E0N.
History
E0N joined the CAI:SF on December 3, 2012.[citation needed]
Since relocating to Biloxi in June of 2015[4], E0N has been seen patrolling with local members of the XJL.[5]
