The Nor-Cal Protectorate is a group of Real Life Superheroes, extending from the Oregon/California state line south to Bakersfield. It is a part of the Pacific Protectorate.
History
Founded in 2009, the NCP is:
"...a division of the Pacific Protectorate, a collection of like-minded good samaritans spanning from the Mexican border through Western Canada to Alaska (we are looking to expand across the Pacific to include members in Australia, Japan, & other nations across Asia). We utilize the image of the traditional comic book superhero in the outfits we wear & the gadgets we use enable to bring attention to our efforts to battle apathy & crime whenever they are confronted."[1]
Its leader, Motor Mouth, is also head of the local chapter of the Black Monday Society.
