Phantasm is an American Real Life Superhero in Las Vegas, Nevada. His motivation for being a RLSH, in his own words:
For a long time, I thought that the cops aren't an adequate force for law enforcement and public safety. There is corruption and laziness. Lack of initiative. Lack of loyalty. Lack of bravery. The police can't do it on their own. That's why I'm here. That's why all of the RLSH exists. So that's what I do. I help the police in their duties: as a witness, an aide, a set of eyes and ears, and a deterrent.
History
Phantasm initially began his career in San Diego, California, before moving his base of operations to Las Vegas, Nevada.
As Jak "Phantasm" Craze made his way to Las Vegas, Nevada, he became acquainted with Boomer and Speeder, who would follow him on his adventures to save Las Vegas.
