R.O.A.C.H. (Ruthless Organization Against Citizen Heroes) is a collective of Real Life Supervillains. It appears to be inactive.
History
R.O.A.C.H. emerged in 2009 as a response to an uptick of Real Life Superheroes listed in the World Superhero Registry. Under leadership of The Potentate, it soon filled its own ranks with a motley collection of villains, ready to keep heroes on their toes.
