Dragon is a Real Life Superhero in Seattle, Washington. He is a co-founder of ECHO.
History
Dragon started patrolling with El Caballero in the U-district of Seattle in November of 2013[1]. The two of them formed ECHO on December 16, 2013.
Dragon's suit has undergone a change from its original all-black to yellow and green so as not to frighten anyone.
