Kevlar Cat is a Real Life SuperHero in Santa Barbara, California.
History
Originally debuting in August 2021 in San Luis Obispo, he began working to help local unhoused citizens. At the end of the same year, he relocated to Santa Barbara and continued his efforts there.
In August of 2023, he began a working relationship with the Xtreme Justice League.
