Shipwreck was a Real Life Superhero based in London, England. He was formerly the branch leader of the UKI London. He has retired.

    History

Prior to his time with the Initiative, Shipwreck went by the name "Man in Black,"[1] and worked with the Justice Union.[2] He later founded the UKI London under the pseudonym "Joe London" on April 29, 2013.[3] Subsequently, he began using the moniker "Shipwreck."

In April of 2018, The UKI Central hosted a meet-up between Lord Mole, Shipwreck of the UKI London, and Knight Warrior of the Justice Union (prior to his becoming leader of the UKI Liverpool branch).

In early October of 2018, Shipwreck announced his retirement, posting the following statement on his Instagram page:

"THE END OF A CHAPTER IN MY LIFE
The Initiative gave me many great years and the opportunity to meet and work with many amazing people while being a part of some amazing projects but it is the time for me to close this chapter and take another path. The decision to completely leave was my own and I'm sure the rest of the ][ understands my reasons. With the utmost respect for the rest of the team, I wish the best for all future endeavours."
