History
The GCSI was founded in late 2011 by Crimson Catalyst. The roster quickly expanded to include Patch Work, Moon Knight, Seraph Sixwings, Prado, and Phantom Shadow. This formation lasted for roughly one year before becoming defunct. After the collapse of the team, Patch Work rallied and assembled existing heroes in the greater Chicago-land area and created P.A.T.C.H. on January 22, 2013.
