The Colorado Initiative (COI) was a Denver-based group of Real Life Superheroes and a former branch of The Initiative Collective. It is now defunct.
History
The COI was originally activated in July of 2012.[1][2] One focus of the group was getting some form of Jessica's Law enacted in Colorado.
