Angle Grinder Man was a Real Life Superhero who operated in England. He has retired.

    History

Self-styled "wheel-clamp and speed camera vigilante cum subversive superhero philanthropist entertainer type person," Angle Grinder Man once offered his "free clamp-removal service" to "all good, decent law-unabiding people." He claimed his actions were a political protest against "the arrogant contempt that politicians hold for the people who put them in power."[1]

Angle Grinder Man says he decided to go "full-time vigilante" in May of 2003,[2] but disappeared sometime in 2005. His legacy was somewhat taken up by Wheel Clamp Man in Australia.[3]
