Blue Rattler was a Real Life Superhero based out of Dallas, Texas. He advocated changing oneself in order to change the world. He appears to be inactive.
History
In his mid-30s, 2012, while watching Iron Man, The Blue Rattler decided to become a superhero as an alternative to what he found to be an underwhelming lifestyle.
As of the end of 2012, he's heavily involved in community outreach and charity work in the North Texas area.[citation needed]
The Blue Rattler is working on an interactive, online heroes training program. Its tentative release date was 2013.
