Captain Jackson was a Real Life Superhero who was active in Jackson, Michigan. He has retired.
History
Captain Jackson began patrolling the streets of downtown Jackson in 1999, due in part to a lack of beat cops on foot.[1]
In 2004 he was charged with “impaired driving” and a local newspaper subsequently ran an article about the incident, publishing the Captain's legal name.[2]
He appeared alongside Phoenix Jones, Purple Reign, and Thanatos on an episode of "Dr. Drew's Lifechangers," in April of 2012.[3]
