The Charlotte International RLSH Agency (formerly known as the Charlotte Justice League and the Justice League of PCCS) is a group of Real Life Superheroes from Gastonia and Charlotte in North Carolina.
History/Description
The CIRA is a league from Gastonia, NC devoted to protecting the citizens of the United States. The league was formed in 2012 in Gastonia, NC, and has different recruits from around the USA that protect their own home cities, in the event of a national emergency.
They are also partnered with P.A.T.R.I.O.T, of which President Blade and Vice-President Night-Watcher are two of the founding members.
