The Colorado Initiative (COI) was a Denver-based group of Real Life Superheroes and a former branch of The Initiative Collective. It is now defunct.
History
The COI was originally activated in July of 2012. One focus of the group was getting some form of Jessica's Law enacted in Colorado.
