Dusk Citizen, also known as Dusk, is an American RLSH from Staten Island, New York. He's the founder and leader of superhero/handout team BEACON, as well as the local Paradox Core team.
History
Dusk has been active since June 15th 2010, and has become an inspiration for the community/homeless outreach groups in the community.
