Emerald City Heroes Organization (ECHO) is a group of Real Life Superheroes operatiing in the city of Seattle, Wahington
History
Established in November 2013 by El Caballero and Dragon (not to be confused with Red Dragon). The team is composed of a core of regulars and semi-regulars. Membership in other groups is allowed and independent RLSH are welcome to patrol alongside.
