Evocatus is an American Real Life Superhero in Seattle, Washington.
History
Evocatus joined the RCSM candidacy program in September, 2012, becoming a junior ranking member shortly after.
He separated from the RCSM and later married Temper of the Washington Initiative. Although not technically a member of the WAI, he often participates in their outreach and patrols, as well as those of ECHO.

From Wikipedia: "Evocatus (plural Evocati) was the Latin term for a soldier in the Roman army who had served out his time and obtained a discharge (Honesta missio) but had voluntarily enlisted again at the invitation of the consul or other commander. They held a higher rank in the army than common legionary soldiers."
