The Louisiana Initiative was a group of Real Life Superheroes, and a former branch of The Initiative Collective. It is now defunct.
History
The Louisiana Initiative branch had two previous incarnations; The first iteration was based in New Orleans and headed by Captain Black. This branch was deactivated in September of 2012.[1]
The second LAI was based in Shreveport and run by Moxie Gusto and Cognito.
