Viper was an American Real life superhero in Columbia, Tennessee. He is retired.
History
In July of 2010, police in Columbus spotted the Viper on patrol, telling both him and local news outlets that they don't need any help from amateurs, and that Viper's costume was in violation of Columbus' anti-mask ordinance.
