DC Guardian was a Real Life Superhero based in Washington, District of Columbia; and a founding member of the SkiffyTown League of Heroes. He appears to be inactive.
History
DC's Guardian says that he grew up around veterans of wars and was inspired to serve society in some way. When making his outfit, DC's Guardian was careful to cover every inch of himself, as he wanted people to be able to envision anyone of any skin color behind the mask.[1]
Now, DC Guardian walks around the streets of Washington D.C., handing out pocket-sized versions of America's Constitution, to remind people to not take their freedom for granted and inspiring people to stand up to the plate to try and make the world a better place.
