Since 2008, Captain Black has been an advocate for crime prevention and the promotion of citizens creating safety.[2] He was originally based out of Savannah, Georgia before relocating to New Orleans in late 2011.
Nadra ran an early incarnation of the Louisiana Initiative, which he left in September of 2012 due to disagreements over his form of public protest.[3]
