Rex Velvet is a self-proclaimed Real Life Supervillain in America who first appeared on the scene by calling out Seattle, Washington's Phoenix Jones through a YouTube video.
History
Though proclaiming himself to be a supervillain, Velvet's actions seem to be more of a commentary on the RLSH movement, though particularly of Phoenix Jones.
Further doubts of the individual's supervillainy emerge when one considers his recent "abduction" of the Seattle Seahawk's mascot, Blitz as part of the Seattle Make-A-Wish Foundation's 5000th wish granted to a young boy dubbed "Agent C."
