The California Initiative: SoCal is an American group of Real Life Superheroes based in the Antelope Valley region of southern California. They are part of a coalition of similarly-named teams called The Initiative Collective.
History
Doctor Mystery founded the California Initiative: SoCal on August 22, 2017. It is the fourth branch to have been founded in California.
