Mutinous Angel became an RLSH in October 2008. He is a long time ally of Motor Mouth and member of the Nor-Cal Protectorate. In 2012, he was featured in the french documentary "Deviens Un Super Heros Pour De Vrai". [1]
After going inactive for several years, Mutinous Angel returned for one patrol with Motor Mouth on Halloween 2020. He has since reported no activity.
