History
The Tennessee Memphis Initiative was founded in July of 2013 by former California Initiative member, Thomas "Olde School" Strange,[1] who was responsible for the creation and success of the California Initiative’s successful used needle pickup program.
Andrea "Sweetie Pie" Kilgannon, took over operations when Olde School moved to Boston to found the Boston-Massachusetts Initiative. Andrea departed the branch and the Collective in May of 2022, with the teams social media pages also going offline around the same time.
