The California Initiative (CAI) is an American group of Real Life Superheroes based in San Francisco, California. They are part of a coalition of similarly-named teams called The Initiative Collective.
History
NightBug and Rock N Roll co-founded the California Initiative on August 18, 2011. [1] The CAI was the third branch of the Initiative to be founded.
