The Ray was a Real Life Superhero based out of Northern California, and a former member of the Nor-Cal Protectorate.[1] He is inactive.
History
Acting alone, the Ray was arrested in 2011 during Occupy Oakland for interposing himself between an OPD officer and a protester.[2]
Upon his release, the Ray was subsequently given the option of "team-approved sensitivity training" by Motor Mouth to remain on the Nor-Cal Protectorate after making some unfortunately racist comments in print,[3] but refused and decided to return to solo patrolling.[4]
Sorvari was arrested again in September of 2016 and charged for a racially-motivated attack involving a molotov cocktail.[5][6]
