The Washington Initiative (WAI) is a group of Real Life Superheroes based in Seattle, Washington.

    History

The WAI was founded in 2012 by Drop as a branch of The Initiative Collective.[1][2]

Temper joined the WAI in 2013, and the group collaborated with many others, including ECHO, RCSM, and Real Life Supervillain group SECTOR III[3].

Temper took over leadership responsibilities for the WAI when Drop stepped down in June of 2014.

In 2022, members of the Washington Initiative were featured in the podcast Superhero Complex, which highlighted the Seattle superhero community.
